Love the gam but am currently having trouble connecting. Mobile data is turned on for game and still wont connect

Ying please bug fix, when you enter the loding screen it crashes

This game is fun but now that I have spent money on the game I cant get past the loading screen without it crashing fix this now or you will be hearing more from me.
